It’s always exciting to photograph someone you have shared history with. And when that history goes back to when you were three years old, it’s even more so!

I met this belle of a bride the day she was born. She was my go-to partner on rides at Disneyland and never said no to sharing her Chicken In A Biskit crackers with me. I taught her how to cartwheel and she showed me how to ride a horse bareback.

I was lucky enough to watch the love between Chandler and Bobby grow as we went to college at Washington State University (GO COUGS!) I couldn’t dream of a more patient, steadfast heart for my little sister.

I chose a word for each month of 2016, and January’s was “together.” This word was the theme in the days prior to this wedding as my family and friends prepped decor, dresses, flowers and camera gear. We dreamed together, planned together then celebrated together! Cheers to this pretty little high tea winter wedding at Thornewood Castle!
