Margaritas and tacos on the sand and guests arriving by boat, this couple brought all the best parts of a destination event for their private PNW beach wedding!

Since eloping earlier this year, Adrianna and Mike wanted to be the utmost present with loved ones, including their fur baby Waffles, for this celebration of becoming family. So they shared long awaited embraces with guests as they arrived and passed out champagne to kick off the happiest hour yet! Still, where they gathered may have been the greatest part. Since childhood, Great Grandpa Jim’s cabin is where family and friends meet, and it’s where they chose to hold the celebration.

The invitation to camp out is just another reason to love this private PNW beach wedding. And to think, this was the backup plan! Although Cabo San Lucas (where they fell in love!) was the original plan, Adrianna and Mike brought something back to share with every guest: recycled glass hearts. What they also brought was the truly intimate feeling of a destination wedding. Because when the people and place that shape your hearts come together, it’s a time to hold on to unlike any!

The groom said it best, “What makes this day more special than it could have been is how all of you are here with us. Your presence is a gift.”
