Suncadia Wedding-Swiftwater Cellars Wedding Photographers-Something Minted Photography

From a windswept ceremony to a dance floor unlike any we’ve experienced before, Maddie and Jim’s Swiftwater Cellars wedding at Suncadia Resort was a time of celebration worth waiting for!

They met in the final months of high school and although life offered chances miles apart, love lead them back together -right where they were always meant to be. I love how this pair returned to the area where Jim asked Maddie to be his wife, if only to make all the more memories alongside family and friends come wedding day. Favorite parts include a first look set against the cascades, toasts that left no eye dry, and how Jim’s best man was his father.

When we first began planning in 2019, I asked this couple what they hoped for most and they shared, “We’re so excited to have our family and friends all together in one place, when we think of our wedding we just think of everyone being together.” The greatest desire was to be at each other’s side and spend as much time with their people as possible for this Swiftwater Cellars wedding! Maddie and Jim held on to what’s good despite every planning setback & that notion shaped the wedding along with the hearts of all who gathered in support of theirs.
